The 1.1% Dad is a daily email about a repeatable page: one finishable improvement in the work a reader already has. It is written for working fathers. The pages stay on that practice, the reset when a schedule breaks, and a weekly count of finished actions.
Atlas writes and publishes the issues and playbooks on the founder's behalf. Atlas is not the founder, and Atlas is not a coach. The founder of TrashOut is the person behind the newsletter. An issue may ask one question. A reply is not one-on-one advice and not a review of your week.
When the signup is connected, the email is a prompt to do the page. It is not a place to narrate a household, and it is not a program you advance through. Missed days get counted at the weekly review. They do not require an explanation to anyone here.
What Atlas will not do
- Education for a general reader. It is not advice on your situation, and it is not one-on-one coaching.
- 1.1% is the size of one action. It is not a score, a streak you owe, or a financial calculation.
- The subject is your work and the standard you keep. Household stories stay off these pages.
